  • HOW DO I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE

  • WHERE IS MY ORDER

    Wine and wine hamper deliveries are all sent by DPD, you will receive tracking information from DPD on the morning of your delivery day by 11am. You can also track your order via the DPD website.

  • WHAT TIME WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

    Wine and wine hamper deliveries are all sent by DPD, you will receive tracking information from DPD on the morning of your delivery day by 11am. You can also track your order via the DPD website.

    DPD aim to deliver between 8am-6pm. We aren’t able to request specific times with them on the day.

  • I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE DELIVERY DATE

    Please let us know your order number, delivery name and address and which date you would like to change to by emailing [email protected], we cannot make any changes to delivery dates after Tuesday on the week of your delivery.

  • MY ORDER HAS MISSING OR BROKEN ITEMS

    Please let us know of any broken or missing items by emailing [email protected]

  • WILL ANY OF MY ITEMS BE REPLACED/SUBSTITUTED?

    We reserve the right to make substitutions in our meal kits where necessary due to availability of stock. Replacements will be of same value.
